Legislative Update The Associated Press reported last week that Congresswoman Jo Ann Davis has introduced legislation that would reimburse hospitals that provide emergency care for undocumented immigrants with funds subtracted from the foreign aid earmarked for the patient’s country. The congresswoman hopes that such a policy would create an incentive for other countries to better police their borders against undocumented immigration to the U.S. ***** H. RES.655: Condemning the crackdown on democracy protestors in Tiananmen Square, Beijing, in the People's Republic of China on the 15th anniversary of that tragic massacre.
