LONDON CONSULATE NOW REQUIRING APPOINTMENTS FOR ALL NONIMMIGRANT VISAS
The US Embassy in London has announced that it is now necessary to schedule an appointment prior to visiting the embassy for any type of nonimmigrant visa interview. While this has been the case for many temporary visas, it is the first time that an appointment has been required for work visas. To schedule an appointment, applicants in the UK should ring 0891-200-290. Applicants are permitted to apply in person, by post or drop box at the Embassy’s visa door, or through one of the approved Volume Visa Agents. The post address for the embassy is as follows:
