FIRST DV-98 WINNERS ANNOUNCED 
The first winners of the DV-98 green card lottery have been announced. So far, just African and Asian winners have received notices. In past years, notifications took as long as three months to be mailed. Once all notifications are sent out, the State Department will release a final report on the results of the program.< Back | Next >
