This page is bound to become one of the most popular web sites for those interested in US Immigration. This site contains extremely useful information including information relating to: traveling to the United States by foreigners and information for U.S. Citizens traveling to foreign countires. Additionally, the current State Department Visa Bulletin can be found here. (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa_bulletin.html)

The Visa Information section contains general information about the various types of U.S. visas as well as numerous other related resources.

A section on International Adoptions contains guidelines on petitioning for an adopted child as well as country specific information about adopting children from over 40 countries. The section on International Parental Child Abduction contains a guide on how to prevent child abduction and what to do if your child has been abducted. There is also detailed information about several countries including their laws relating to child abduction.
