Visas can be issued in a day in most cases. Interviews are normally required, but can be waived on a case-by-case basis. Applications can be mailed from Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao. Immigrant Visas - Interviews scheduled each weekday beginning at 8:00 am during the third week of each month. It normally takes no more than three days for the visa to be issued.
