 INS RELEASES TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS UPDATE
The INS recently released the following chart listing which countries whose nationals are eligible for Temporary Protected Status in the United States. TPS status allows individuals from countries undergoing internal strife to temporarily remain in the US and receive employment authorization.
