Spencer L. Glaser is an attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser PC, where he practices exclusively immigration and nationality law.  Mr. Glaser represents clients in all aspects of immigration law, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, naturalization, removal defense, and humanitarian cases.

Mr. Glaser frequently represents clients in Immigration Court and in adjustment of status and naturalization interviews at the local USCIS Office. In his employment-based practice, Mr. Glaser assists a broad spectrum of businesses, ranging from early start-ups to large corporations, in attaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for their founders and employees. His practice has recently focused on assisting entrepreneurs in securing visas to start their companies in the United States. He also works closely with athletes, artists, and entertainers in filing extraordinary ability petitions. Mr. Glaser assists employers and individuals with the following immigration matters:

Mr. Glaser graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. In law school, Mr. Glaser interned with the Executive Office for Immigration Review – Memphis Immigration Court and with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Department of Homeland Security.  While working in these positions, he gained exposure to the immigration court through researching and writing decisions for the Immigration Judges. Mr. Glaser also clerked for Circuit Court Judge, Donna Fields and Criminal Court Judge, Tim Dwyer.

Mr. Glaser is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association, and the Memphis Bar Association. Mr. Glaser is licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee.
