HEY! PASTE IT
Here's a web app that you would never think of on your own, but when you hear what it does, you realize that you probably can use it. If you are working on one computer and want to cut and paste something to view later on another computer, usually you'll try and email yourself or put the text on a USB flash drive and move between computers. With Hey! Paste It, you cut and paste on their web site and you're given a unique web address where you can later find it. Thanks go to my friend Ross Kodner for this tip.

WIKI WIKI
You know Wikipedia so you get the concept - collaborating on work projects via a web site that allows multiple people to contribute and edit. New wiki applications are now available which make it possible to create your own wiki for your collaborative writing projects. One example can be found at PBwiki which is targeting the legal community.
