The Dallas Morning News writes about the the debut of the newest Texas EB-5 regional center. The program is run by Dallas’ city government and will focus on real estate development projects in distressed areas in downtown and southern Dallas. The city hopes to generate $50 million in 2010 and $150 by 2011.
