Karen Weinstock is the managing attorney of the Atlanta, Georgia office of Siskind Susser. Karen graduated law school from Hebrew University School of Law in Jerusalem, Israel and is licensed to practice law both in Israel and in New York State. She is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Federal Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 5th, 9th and 11th Circuits. Karen is fluent in English, Hebrew and also speaks Spanish. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Japan-America Society of Georgia and a former Board of Directors member of the American-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the German American Chamber of Commerce, and the British American Business Group where she served on the Trade Commitee, among other international organizations. Ms. Weinstock was nominated for the International Women of Influence Awards presented by GlobalEXECWomen and the International Council. Karen received Martindale-Hubble's preeminent AV rating (5.0 out of 5.0) from her peers in the industry. Karen was selected by her peers to be included in "The Best Lawyers In America" since 2010 until the present as one of the Best immigration lawyers. Karen was also selected by her peers for inclusion as one of the top corporate immigration attorneys in "The International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers", since 2010 until the present. This is the official research partner publication of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association section of International Law. She was also selected by Georgia Trend Magazine as a 2012 Legal Elite in the category of immigration law.

Karen Weinstock’s previous work experience includes an Intellectual Property law firm in Tel Aviv and one of Jerusalem’s largest law firms. Immediately prior to joining Siskind Susser, Karen had a solo law practice in New York City, serving international clientele doing business or working in the U.S. Her corporate law experience enables her to serve the special needs of multinational corporations. Karen specializes exclusively in immigration law and is an expert in representing U.S. and international companies in the technology and healthcare and professional services areas in obtaining work visas to the U.S., green cards and general immigration matters, including I-9 and immigration compliance. She is also an immigration law expert in the field of physician immigration and an immigration attorney for representing university professors and researchers. She uses her personal experience as an ex-pat to advise other ex-pats and companies working with ex-pats to make their relocation easier. Karen writes articles for Siskind’s Visalaw Health Care Immigration Newsletter and to Siskind’s Immigration Bulletin, a newsletter with over 30,000 subscribers which includes government officials. She is featured in newspapers, interviewed on television multiple times and is a keynote speaker on various immigration law topics in forums and events around the world.
