Lynn Susser practices exclusively immigration and nationality law out of Siskind Susser's Memphis, Tennessee office. Ms. Susser received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law.  She is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Association for Women Attorneys, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Midsouth Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  Ms. Susser is currently on the AILA National Texas Service Center Liaison Committee.  She is a frequent speaker at local and national immigration-related conferences.

As the firm’s managing partner, Ms. Susser supervises a wide variety of casework ranging from employment-based visa work and family immigration matters to political asylum and naturalization. She appears regularly before the Memphis Immigration Court and the local USCIS office. By focusing strictly on immigration matters, Ms. Susser and her staff have developed an excellent reputation and working relationship with the local USCIS and USICE, the USCIS regional service centers and most regional offices of the Department of Labor.  Her own clients include large and small corporations, nurse-staffing agencies, IT companies, construction related businesses, and several universities.

Ms. Susser also has extensive business experience prior to embarking on a legal career. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Ms. Susser spent the next eight years as the Merchandise Manager for a major U.S. manufacturer. She supervised the design and sales of $40 million worth of children's clothing annually. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Bornblum Solomon Schechter Day School and works very closely with Catholic Immigration Services in both Tennessee and Arkansas.
