reported the data of all classifications of nonimmigrant visas issued for the
years 1999-2003. Within this
listing, the grand total of non-immigrant visas issued
for the years 1999-2003 plunged from 6,192,478 to 4,881,595.
The most significant change in number of visas issued emerged in the
