Rajeshri (Raju) Shah Patel is an associate immigration attorney in the Atlanta office of Siskind Susser. She currently practices exclusively in immigration matters and is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and North Carolina. Ms. Patel specializes in helping her clients obtain work visas, PERM labor certifications, employment-based green cards, family-based visas, family-based green cards, citizenship, naturalization and all general immigration matters. Prior to joining Siskind Susser, Mrs. Patel was an attorney with the federal government, practicing mainly labor and employment law. Mrs. Patel is admitted to practice in the 11th circuit and in Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mrs. Patel is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Georgia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. Mrs. Patel graduated from The University of North Carolina-School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC (JD; 2001), and Clemson University (BS magna cum laude; 1998), where she received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi honor society.
