OK, this is a little rough. It’s 1 am and I am about 75% through the monster 366-page high skilled worker bill that was released this morning. This is a first draft and I have not formatted to make it easy to read. It covers in the overview everything that’s important in the rule. The detailed section by section summary goes through the meaty stuff with the exception of the EAD rule changes and the whistleblower protections for H-1Bs. I did get through the new EAD for I-140s, the new grace period provisions, and the H-1B changes. Tomorrow I’ll edit to make it easier to read and finish up the remaining parts (about 80 more pages to summarize).
