The Los Angeles Daily Journal reports on the EB-5 program’s troubled past. The big complaint is that USCIS seems bent on finding problems in applications and dragging cases out for years. Congress is considering legislation to clarify a lot of issues and the bill’s passage could dramatically improve processing.
