CSC IDENTIFYING PENDING EB-5 ADJUSTMENT CASES AFFECTED BY SUNSET

Even though a permanent re-authorization of the EB-5 is included in the DHS spending bill, until that bill is finalized, USCIS is preparing for the September 30th sunset of the regional center program. It is pulling I-485 cases pending at the California Service Center and will attempt to adjudicate those cases before the deadline unless the re-authorization law passes in the interim.
