  • What are your business hours?

    Our business hours are 9am-5:30pm CST, Monday thru Friday.  We are closed for most Federal holidays. 

  • Is your office currently open?

    Siskind Susser is currently open, but most of our staff are working remotely.  Some attorneys are accepting in person appointments. Give our office a call or schedule your appointment online.

  • Are you able to accept online payment?

    Yes, our firm has an online payment portal where you can make payment at anytime.  It asks for your 5-digit invoice number at the beginning.  If you have forgotten your invoice number, please call (901) 682-6455 and ask to speak with our billing team.  If you are paying for an appointment fee, enter “99999” to move beyond the invoice screen. 

  • Are you taking in-person appointments?

    Some of our attorneys are accepting in person appointments. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling our office.  

  • Are you able to translate for my appointment?

    Yes, we have staff who are bilingual in several languages including Spanish, Mandarin, German, and Hebrew.  If you require a translation of a different language, notify your attorney and we can arrange to have a translator available for your meeting. 

  • Do you offer refunds or reschedules for appointments?

    Yes, as long as you notify the law firm at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will refund your appointment fee.  The same applies for appointment reschedules.  If you notify us less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will not be able to refund your payment.  All appointment fees are considered earned at time of payment. 

  • Are you a full-service immigration law firm?

    Yes, we are a full-service firm in that we are able to assist with all immigration related issues.  We also have immigration contacts around the world for global immigration issues.  Note: our firm does not assist with international adoption.  

  • Do you assist with litigation cases?

  • Do you charge on a flat-fee basis?

    Yes, our firm charges on a flat-fee basis for most of our services.  There are occasionally circumstances that require hourly billing, but this is rare.  Our firm makes all fees clear in the engagement letter we send after our initial appointment.
