Cato Report: US Airports Had 10.7 Million Entries From Nations with COVID-19 Cases – May 10, 2020

David Bier of the Cato Institute reports that the various travel bans implemented by President Trump had little effect in stopping people in COVID-impacted countries from entering the US. The President has made those efforts a major part of his defense to criticism that the Administration’s response to the Coronavirus was disorganized and ineffective.
