Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced that it is voluntarily testing detainees at facilities in Tacoma, Washington and Aurora, Colorado. It did not comment on other facilities nor did it talk about releasing detainees such as those who are at high-risk if they are infected. It also noted that while it encourages facilities to isolate new detainees for fourteen days upon entering the facility, such procedures are not mandated.
