Representative Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) has introduced a bill to extend the EB-5 regional center program for five years past its set September 30, 2009 expiration. The bill would also extend the E-Verify, Special Immigration Religious Worker and Conrad 30 J-1 waiver programs.
