Ari J. Sauer is a Partner at Siskind Susser, PC, practicing exclusively U.S. immigration and nationality law. Ari represents both corporate clients and individuals in all areas of U.S. immigration law. He assists businesses in obtaining visas, permanent residence, and citizenship for their employees and their families. He also assists U.S. citizens and permanent residents in sponsoring their family members for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, as well as helping individuals become U.S. citizens.

Ari is a former elected Director of the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has previously served as Chapter Chair of the AILA Mid-South Chapter, which includes the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Louisiana.

Ari co-authors the publication AILA’s Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual: A “Cookbook” of Essential Practice Materials. This 4,300+ page how-to resource for immigration lawyers is one of AILA’s core publications. The publication is now in its fourth edition (2025). He regularly speaks about immigration law for AILA and other organizations.

Ari received his law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY.
