EB-5 PROGRAM TO BE EXTENDED FOR THREE YEARS

House and Senate conferees have come to agreement on the extension of various immigration programs and have settled on a three year extension for the EB-5, Conrad 30 doctors, religious workers and E-verify program. The extension provisions will be included in the DHS spending bill expected to be signed by the President in the near future.
