On March 20th, the deadline was to pass for persons holding green cards other than the newer I-551 cards to apply for a new green card. However, once again, the INS has extended the deadline – now to March 20, 1996. Under the new rule, all persons possessing the I-151 or any of the AR green cards, must apply for a replacement card using Form I-90 with the accompanying fee.
