RENO MCDONALDS FRANCHISEE ENTERS PLEA DEAL

A current and a former top executive at the company that owns 11 McDonald’s franchises in the Reno, Nevada area have plead guilty one count of conspiracy to encourage and induce an alien’s unlawful residence in the United States and one count of aiding and abetting an alien to remain in the United States, both felony offenses. The company, Mack Associates, agreed to pay a $1,000,000 fine. The individual defendants face a five year sentence and $250,000 fine.
