USA – E VISAS FOR ITALIANS TO BE CONSOLIDATED IN MILAN AND ROME

The American Immigration Lawyers Association is reporting that all E-1 and E-2 treaty visa cases will be processed either in Rome or Milan, effective January 1, 2007. Applicants in the Florence and Naples consular districts will be asked to file in Rome, though they may file in Milan if they are residents there or are present in Italy.
