The Department of State has announced that the new Form I-864 Affidavit of Support is still awaiting final clearance from the Office of Management and Budget. The anticipated completion date for the form has not been announced. The State Department has instructed posts to continue to adjudicate all immigrant applications under the old public charge guidelines.
