While the Seattle Immigration Court remains closed (shocker), EOIR announced six courts were taking off calendaring hearings. But they’re still keeping merits hearings. ANd the rest of the country’s courts are going full-steam ahead despite often overcrowded courtrooms, kids running around, and people traveling from all over to get to their hearings. This is crazy.
