The US Men’s Water Polo Team has gotten off to a tough 0-2 start, but, hopefully, things will pick up. Two members of Team USA are immigrants.

Tony Azevedo is a native of Rio de Janeiro and is captain of Team USA. That’s well deserved considering this is his fifth straight Olympics. He helped the US get a silver medal in Beijing in 2008.

Teammate Luca Cupido is a native of Italy. Luca is a Pan American Games gold medalist and has been playing professional water polo in the FINA world water polo league for the last few years.

Good luck Tony and Luca!
