We are including in the litigation individuals who have been approved for O-1s by USCIS but who have been unreasonably delayed in getting their visas issued by a US consulate OR who have not been issued visas because they are subject to a regional travel ban related the COVID (the “14 day” bans) and the consulate is taking the position that they are barred from getting a visa because of this.
