The United States Information Agency (the “USIA”) has premiered its home page on the World Wide Web, becoming the first major immigration-related agency to do so. The page can be found at www.usia.gov. Among the more useful documents located at the page is a draft of a manual for J-1 program administrators that provides specific information on how USIA treats a waiver application case.
