The INS has announced a direct mail program for naturalization applicants who would normally file naturalization applications with the INS district offices in Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and New York. Applicants will now file the same documentation they would normally submit to their local INS offices to one of the four INS Regional Service Centers. Applicants who would normally file in Los Angeles will now file by mail with the California Service Center. Applicants who would normally file in Miami will now file by mail with the Texas Service Center. Applicants who would normally file with the Chicago district office will now file by mail with the Nebraska Service Center. Applicants who would normally file in New York will now file by mail with the Vermont Service Center. The addresses of the four service centers are as follows:
